Responsibilities:

• Provide respond to user complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problem and ensure user satisfaction is maintained

Requirements:

• Male, age 20-25 years
• Min. 1 years
• Min. S1 in Computer Science
• Background in the FMCG is preffered
• Willing to be travelled and relocated
• Able to work in tight deadline environment
• Hands on exposures in network and PC troubleshooting
• Understanding the concept of computer system and network infrastructure
• Familiar with Microsoft product environment (server, desktop and development family)
