Payment and Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

The role would be in charge of receiving and registering invoices, checking the completeness of the supporting documents including authorised signatures and creating Payment order Form, listing entries to be passed in MIDANZ for each transaction. Additionally, the successful incumbent would be expected to maintaining complete and neat admin filing, registering and maintaining the bank’s Fixed Assets and assisting other departments upon administrational matters. Other responsibilities would include assisting accounting department to input and validate correction entries and keep bank’s general affairs contract in place. The job holder would be expected to be punctual in processing customer requests including unplanned / urgent requests. In this role, you would also need to be able to handle and initiate supplier and service providers properly & be punctual in processing reconciliation and standing orders due to system malfunction.

Requirements:

Accounting degree from reputable university with minimum 2 – 4 years experience in handling payment and administration is essential.

You would also need to possess a strong desire to be part of a customer focused team.

Good communication and negotiation skills along with good understanding of bank policies and procedures & front / back office processes and procedures are essential.

Additionally you would need to have good computer literacy and an understanding accounting and finance processes.

Due to regulatory requirements, this role is only open to Indonesian Nationals.
