  2. Coordinate Team to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly task of GL team can be dine     properly and on time basis
    Coordinate monthly closing to meet financial reporting submission deadline
    Review all audit requirement before submission to auditor, including liaison with external auditor in every engagement to achieve the audit deadline
    Actively participate in Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, particularly Section 404 of the law, as well as creating scalable ongoing maintenance process
    Review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
    Oversight and management of HCPT's financial processes and system architecture, including expected information initiative
    Ensure compliance with Indonesia, HK and US GAAP, company's policies, local country/US SEC statutory and regulatory requirement
    Investigate any significant and unusual movement of financial statements accounts
  3. Manage financial reporting requirements from mother company

Requirements :

1) Education:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Master Degree is preferable

2) Related Experience:
- 8 Years of accounting and finance experience
- Familiar with SOX, US GAAP and HK GAAP
- Multinational experience and or Public Accountant

3) Human Competency:
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Initiative
- Have systematical mind-set and problem solving skills
- Self motivated, team work oriented, mature and able to work under tight schedules

4)Technical Competency:
- Excellent English proficiency
- Literate with Microsoft Office and Oracle
- Knowledge on cellular technology is a plus
