Responsibilities:
# Key focus of this position to handle electrical problem and improvement to energy saving & process efficiency.
# The work covers :
* Preventive maintenance
* Troubleshot electrical problem
* Electrical process improvement
* Work environment at factory, handle and responsible for electrical condition, at factory area.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
Familiar with Arus Lemah, Maintenance, TPM, Pneumatic, PLC.
Required language(s): English.

The incumbent will assist Marketing Cost Control Manager in controlling financial activities of Marketing and Sales department by ensuring its compliance to applicable policies and procedures. Recording all Marketing and Sales Account Payable items into the General Ledger, as well as checking the trade discount claim prior to payment processing.

Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will assist Marketing Cost Control Manager in controlling financial activities of Marketing and Sales department by ensuring its compliance to applicable policies and procedures. Recording all Marketing and Sales Account Payable items into the General Ledger, as well as checking the trade discount claim prior to payment processing.
  • ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Checking compliance to policies and procedures of all fund requisition from Marketing and Sales department before processing the payment.
    • Receiving and checking all invoices received from Marketing and Sales 3rd party / vendors in relations to their purchase activities.
    • Inputs Marketing and Sales account payable into the General Ledger
    • Maintaining and monitoring all Purchase Order transactions into designated PO system
    • Conduct random audit on PO system regularly, to ensure data integrity
    • Maintain and monitor all Key Account Promotions expenses at Customer System
    • Ensure that all Account Payable are paid in accordance to its payment terms and agreement.
    • Prepare and entry journal after the payment to beneficiaries, into General Ledger

Requirements:

  • To become a successful candidate you must have at least:
    • Equivalent education level required Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Economy
    • High degree of accuracy, discipline and integrity
    • Excellent computer skill in using Microsoft Office application programs (Ms Excel, MS Words, MS Powerpoint) and good knowledge of accounting systems preferably for Exact System
    • Fresh graduates from reputable university are encouraged to apply
