Marketing Executive (Jakarta Area)

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and develop new agents
• Manage and motivate agency and Head Office through Marketing Support
• Responsible for explaining Company's Regulations to agency
• Follow all Branch Manager's instruction and subject to Branch Manager's control
• Prepare marketing plan and activity for his/her team subject to Branch Manager's approval
• Analyze problem in his or her team including market or competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Age max 32 years old
• University or Academy degree from any discipline
• Target and sales oriented
• Strong leaderships to manage a team, dynamic and energy
• Good personality and able to work independently a team
• Experience from automobile, life insurance or financial institutions
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
