Hrd Officer

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology / Law background
• Min. 2 years experience in similar position
• Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, Personnel Matters, Employee Relation
• Good Leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken & written English
• Willing to work under pressure
• Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
• Computer literate (MS Office, Power Point)
• Has skill in screening process (includes paper screening, interview, reference checking, etc)
• Able to identify training needs
• Able to design and develop training programs
• Able to prepare training aids/course materials
• Able to conduct training and evaluate training effectiveness
