• Max. 35 years old
• Preferably Master Degree from any discipline with min. GPA 3.0
• At least 5 years experience in managing team at the same field with knowledge of quality fundamental for strategy and planning
• Capable of developing business and handling daily marketing operation issues
• Have strong analytical skills and leadership qualities to drive excellent results
• Fluent in English both oral & written
