Responsibilities:

  • The jobholder is responsible to verify and handle customers’ request received, while in the same time providing excellent maintenance service to cardholders within agreed service standards

Requirements:

  • Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Understand Credit Card Business and HUB System will be preferred
  • Proficient in English and computer literate are required
  • Reliable, pleasant personality and able to work with team
  • Has a strong drive to succeed
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity
