Responsibilities:

  • To manage of all office supply asset.
  • To monitor, maintain, and distribute of IT and office equipment and supply.

  • To work with external business partners in providing the suitable services for equipment maintenance, repair and replacement.
  • To Provide support, analysis and problem resolution to IT Facilities or Office equipment that have been escalated to the group.

Requirements:

  • Educational level / Training:
    • Hold Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Information Management or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years experience. Fresh Graduates with strong credentials are also welcome.
    • Preferably also candidates with strong background and knowledge in Database programming.
  • Specific Knowledge and Skills:
    • Excellent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written.
    • Computer literate; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • IT-IL Fundamental Certified Training.
    • Enjoy keeping him/herself up-to-date to the technology trend.
