- Monitor and handle company documents (such as legal document, formal report, business document, etc).
- Setting document priorities and filling documents.
- Manage secretarial works such as : typing, translation, and draft letter.
- Received and select incoming phone call.
- Arrange meeting schedule for superior, with internal or external parties.
- Arrange logistic activities, such as: Hotel reservation, Travel, etc.
- Female, maximum age of 30 years old
- IPK min. 3.00
- Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin) language skill (Plus points)
- Proficient in using computer and office suite software.
- Tidy, organized, efficient, quick, and can work under pressure
