Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree (S1), preferably majoring in marketing; management; public relations and/or International trade from a reputable university (overseas graduates preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a marketing or International trade position.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both in written and spoken English and Indonesian, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Performs excellent business selling, negotiation skills and understanding excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently both in a team-based environment and independently.
• Capable of influencing people in order to achieve desired results.
• Strong understanding of international work culture and ethics.
• Understanding of customers and the competition. Understanding of environmental and industry trends and their impact on the business.
• Understanding of financial principles and how to manage budgets.
• Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics including strengths and weaknesses of competitor's products.
• Understanding of human resource management practices for sales force, including compensation and incentive planning.
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of common software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Willingness to travel quite frequently overseas.
