Teller
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

1. Study hard, familiar and mastered BI regulation related with basic banking products and service.

2. Responsible for bank’s saving transaction, such as deposit, transfer, withdrawal and other saving business.

3. Responsible for bank’s loan transaction, such as granted, repayment, settlement and other loan business.

4. Responsible for the transaction of intra city clearing, free deposit and free withdraw, remittance, RTGS, internal account (non-financial categories account), and other accounts handling.

5. Responsible for the transaction of foreign exchange trading.

6. Responsible for the other cash transaction.

7. Responsible for the non-cash transaction same as Customer Service.

8. At the end of daily business day, responsible for squaring own transaction, checking the amount of own cash material, checking own transaction voucher that required signature for approval.

9. Responsible for doing the work entrusted by superior.

10. Responsible for any suspicious transactions report.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least 2 years in banking experience
  • Must posses at least in Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, any related field (Economic graduate preferable)
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin

Customer Service
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  1. Study hard, familiar and mastered BI regulation related with basic banking products and service.
  2. Job Responsibility based on the related regulation are:

1) Non cash basis banking products and Service:

    Ø Loss report

    Ø Account opening and account closing ( non cash)

    Ø Thawed and freeze account

    Ø Query foreign exchange price.

    Ø Input Customer information based on Know Your Customer regulation, query, adjust and check Customer information.

    Ø Receive and interpret Customer telephone and oral enquiries, .etc.

    Ø Responsible guiding customer how to fill all the application form.

    Ø Give the customer blank general voucher.

    Ø Give the customer account statement.

    Ø Other non cash transaction based on bank regulation.

2) Cash basis banking products and service:

    Ø Account opening and account closing (cash less than IDR 300.000,00)

    Ø Sell the customer blank voucher, voucher that acts as customer proof when doing transaction in our bank. (cash less than IDR 300.000,00)

- cheque, BG, passbook.

   Ø Receive service charge (cash less than IDR 300.000, 00).

   Ø For cash limit fewer than 300.000,00, can manage all cash basis banking products and service.

3) Responsible for customer banking service, self-service area guidance job, maintain the business order and service environment. And being timely, patient, efficient when deal with customer requirement. Handling and report customer complains and other emergencies.

4) Responsible for guiding the customer to relevant business service, providing the guidance to encourage the customer to understand and use electronic equipment and electronic service channels.

5) Responsible for the consultant service, in accordance with customer demand, active promoting the new banking business and service features.

6) Responsible to identify potential customer, serve customer based on the different level service principal , introduce the potential customer to the Account officer ( the potential customer material will be report to account officer, the account officer adding the material to Customer data base in marketing department. The account officer may do regular checking, at the same time the account officer will give a report to the branch manager and related marketing department, after that formulate business analysis and marketing suggestion for bank customer data base in marketing department).

7) Responsible for collecting and organizing the market feedback information from all type products after service and products recommendation, understanding the regularly demand from the customer, and then giving the relevant information on time to the related department and branch manager.    

8) According to the new product regulation, responsible for issuing bank card, receive and cancel bank card, card loss report, internet banking and telephone banking opening account and closing account, etc and other special bank service.

9) Responsible for promoting the innovation of personal financial product;

10) Long-term goal is being private banking manager for promotion bank card, internet banking, personal loan, financial products, foreign exchange business and other new type of business.

11) Responsible for doing the work entrusted by superior.
