Personal Assistant
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the activity schedules of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) daily, weekly, and monthly
  • To help RSM on activity report of the region daily, weekly, and monthly
  • To assist and prepare the materials of every RSM meeting
  • To work with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and the Sales Support Team to gain the up date sales data
  • To manage the RSM budget usage recording

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS.PowerPoint, Ms.Excel.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Min. 1 year experience as personal assistant
  • Good administration skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Full-Time positions available.
