2. Senior Programmer

Requirements:
- Male/Female with good performance max. 27 years old.
- Well understanding in programming algorithm.
- Having good leadership
- Minimum 3 year experience in Programmer Supervisor.
- Having experience with project would be an advantage.
- Be able to work as soon as possible.

Skill
- Application Software: J2EE, J2ME, PHP, DOTNET.
- Server Operating System: Linux and Windows.

3. Programmer

Requirements:

4. Web Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Handle website channels’ activities
- Activate and sometimes translate website readers letters and comments into English
- Maintain readers’ community online and offline
- Assist webmasters in administering website

Requirements:
- Minimal D3
- Min. GPA 3.0
- Max. 27 years old
- Able to write and speak English
- Able to operate internet explorer, fire fox, adobe Photoshop, ms word, ms excel, notepad, and WordPad

5. HR & GA :

- Male/Female, max 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in psychology / Law / Human Resource Management
- Having experiences of HR activities at least for 1 year
- Good understanding of Man Power Regulation
- Having good knowledge about HR administration, payroll and jamsostek/insurance
- must be computer literate
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skill
- Developing program for implementing HR & GA Policy
- Providing training and human resources issues
- Good administration and operational function
- Open attitude and willingness to constantly learn new things and adapt to a changing reality
- Pro active, creative, innovative, energetic and can work under pressure
- Able to work both independently and as a part of team.

6. Artistic Designer

Requirements:
- Hold min. Diploma degree graduated
- Male/Female
- Minimum 3 year experience in the same position
- Able to work with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand, Corel (3D max is preferred)
- Excellent presentation skill
- Pleasant Personality
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work both independently and as a part of team.

7. Business Development:

Responsibilities:
- Establish new business opportunities, consistent with the business development strategy.
- Develop relationships with new business partners.
- Execute the sales plan for profitable business growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field in IT or Web development.
- Strong marketing experience and background.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Good network and relationship within partnership.
- Computer skill in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and power point.

8. Administration Staff:

Requirements:
- Female
- Age 20-28 years old
- 2-5 years experience in administration duties
- Minimum of D3 in any related fields
- Possessing high level of interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in English communication both English and written
- Self discipline, physically fit with good medical record
- Willing to work under pressure in various remote areas in Indonesia
- Should be capable to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

9. SUMATERA AREA MANAGER

Requirements:
- Male/Female with good performance 25-35 years old.
- Should have experience in managing team and possess good leadership skill
- Having experience with project would be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years experience

- Having ability on Hands-on in telecommunication services i.e. Drive test, LOS Survey, TNP & RNP
- Familiar with measurement tools i.e. TEMS, NEMO etc.
- Having ability in planning project organization, resources and budget control
- Having experience in leading team.
